As someone new to yoga, Kate has such a calm and encouraging approach in her class. I come away feeling positive and energised and wanting to come back!
The Wednesday sessions are the highlight of my week ...Kate is an incredibly supportive teacher who has nurtured each one of us... while challenging us as a group to reach our potential.
